We aim to make your installation experience
as pain free as we can.
Once you ring us, we will then schedule an
appointment for one of our qualified installers
to come to your house and come up with
a solution that meets your needs.
We will then send you out a written quote
(obligation free). The quote will be valid for 28 days.
Upon acceptance of the quote and deposit paid (unless finance is arranged
through G E Finance) you have the option of applying for the permit yourself
or we can arrange this to be done (for a small admin fee).
Please allow for approx 2 weeks for the permit to be approved. Once approved, we will then arrange for the installation of your new fireplace. The remainder of the balance is due upon installation.
