We are the pioneers of solar water heating in the Wairarapa.  Before it was thought possible, we had efficient systems in place.  We have seen all sorts – flat panels; tubes; direct systems; glycol filled; you name it – and have seen which ones fail and which are reliable over time.

Wairarapa has a very harsh environment for solar – frosts in winter to long, hot sunny days in January – and systems that may be ok in Auckland don’t work locally.  As prices become more competitive and government subsidies are available, solar water heating is a big part of our business.
